Shipping & Returns

We shall strive to dispatch orders within two to three days but are under no obligation to do so. Our dispatch audit systems serve as proof of posting.


If an order becomes lost in the postal system, we will re-send the order, once 10 working days has passed since we dispatched the items, for which we may request the customer to resubmit the order data. Should the second package dispatched also become lost our liability shall cease.

 

If we have sent the customer’s order again and either the package is returned to us for non collection from a sorting office or an incorrect/incomplete address has been provided then the postage cost is payable again and we are hereby authorised to debit the card used

for payment with such cost.

We will not be held liable for any non-delivery of orders shipped by us to an address outside the United Kingdom. Guarantee: Any complaints, as far as visible faults are concerned need to be presented by the customer within two days of receipt of goods. Non-visible faults are covered for six months by the consumer warranties as defined in any applicable laws or legislation. In no event shall Ribbonfactory or its partners’ maximum liability, under any circumstances whether based on action or claims in contract or in tort (including without limitation negligence and strict liability) exceed the purchase price of the print order. Law and jurisdiction: These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute. If your correspondence is related to a specific order please include your order number (shown on the order confirmation slip and in the order acknowledgement e-mail).

 

CANCELLATION

It is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as production can start immediately after you place your order.

All made to order goods supplied on this web site are custom made to your specific sizing and requirements and therefore we cannot accept cancellations, as these goods may not be suitable for resale by us. As such, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order

Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not refund or exchange any made to order products such as ribbons.

Orders are printed in-house, where production working hours are beyond and outside normal office hours, therefore once your order has been placed we start preparing your order for printing/dispatch – we therefore cannot offer a refund on cancellation of orders once your order has been received.

If your parcel has been shipped and you choose to refuse it you will be charged for the shipping and return costs and any import taxes due on the parcel.  Please take care and double check the size you have ordered.

If you wish to return your items we recommend you use a trackable system such as the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery option, so you can track your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive back safely with us.

 

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are made at the discretion of the management.
