Terms & Conditions
Order Acceptance: Orders will only be accepted under the Terms & Conditions outlined herein. All data should be securely saved by the customer beyond the time of placing the order. We do not save or keep the data transmitted by the customer after printing and delete all order related digital data with order fulfilment.

The customer is not allowed to upload, email to us the use or inclusion of which infringes any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party; - material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation. If we entirely at our discretion decide that this provision is or is likely to be breached then we shall be at liberty to delete the data transmitted.
To be eligible to submit an order the customer must be at least 18 years of age and the authorised owner of the credit / debit card being used for payment.
Property Rights: The customer herewith confirms that he/she is responsible for the content of photos or logos transmitted and is entitled to transmit and print the images. The customer agrees when placing orders that he or she will only use the services of Ribbonfactory and its partners in a manner that is consistent with these Terms & Conditions and in a way that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless Ribbonfactory, its partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party and providers to us from and against any or all losses, expenses, damages and costs including legal fees resulting from any violation of the Terms & Conditions, or any activity relating to the customers account by the customer or any other person that uses the services through the customer’s account.

We reserve the right not to print any message we consider to be obese, offensive, derogatory or discriminatory in any way.

Printing
We print what you write in the message box on your order. The text is copied and pasted into our printing software. We accept no liability for misspelling, punctuation or wording. Please ensure you check your order before you place it.

Images
Unless you specifically request us not to, we reserve the right to use photography images of your ribbon in our marketing materials and on our website

Transfer of Property
Property in the goods shall remain with ribbonfactory until full payment has been made and received, includingf any sums due under the order.
Payment
Payment can be made easily by all major debit or credit cards via the secure Paypal facility or Stripe Card Payment processing system. For either payment method, you will be automatically re-directed to the Paypal or Stripe website on checkout to make payment. We use these secured and trusted payment gateways so as to avoid storing personal and sensitive credit card details. Neither payment gateways require to sign up to use their services. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
We also accept BACS payment into our bank account - please contact us for the bank acocunt and sort code details.
